Seven Dees - 6.93 Miles

Seven Dees is a nursery near the shopping center at the intersection of 217 and 26. This general neighborhood is pretty popular with runners and there are a number of routes which head out there from Tek. This particular route doesn't actually reach 7 Dee's but it gets within sight of it.

One of the steeper hills on this route.

To do this run, do the first part of Commonwealth Park and then leave through the west side of the park. You head up a side street and then up the steep hill show in the photo above. The route then crosses Cedar Hills Blvd and works it's way into some nice neighborhoods. This route is pretty popular but it does have a number of hills.
